Containership Ownership
Selective acquisition or newbuilding of containership tonnage where vessel specification, delivery profile and employment are commercially aligned.

INVESTMENT FOCUS
Our initial focus is the evaluation of containership opportunities that can be aligned with medium- to long-term time charter employment and a financeable contractual structure.
Selective acquisition or newbuilding of containership tonnage where vessel specification, delivery profile and employment are commercially aligned.
Preference for multi-year time charter structures with established liner operators and clearly defined commercial terms.
Financing strategy developed alongside vessel acquisition and supported by commercial charter visibility.
INDUSTRY CONTEXT
In a time charter, a liner operator employs a vessel for an agreed period and directs its commercial deployment under negotiated terms. Liner operators use chartered tonnage to support their container shipping services. For an asset owner, credible multi-year employment can provide visibility into expected vessel use and cash flow.
MSH Maritime uses that commercial visibility as an initial screening principle. Every potential charter, vessel acquisition and financing structure remains subject to counterparty engagement, commercial terms, due diligence and final documentation.
Each potential opportunity is considered as a connected commercial, technical and financing case. No score or single factor determines an outcome.
Credible commercial demand and an appropriate employment horizon.
Capacity and specification aligned with the identified requirement.
Energy performance and fuel characteristics considered alongside commercial use.
A workable delivery window supported by credible construction or acquisition options.
Clear terms, appropriate diligence and established commercial counterparties.
A financeable structure supported by complete diligence and definitive documentation.
RESPONSIBLE SCREENING
Vessel efficiency, fuel profile, applicable regulatory requirements and technical suitability form part of the initial commercial assessment.
These are evaluation considerations for potential opportunities. They do not represent a current fleet, environmental performance result or published emissions target.
